Good Morning from SoCal! Just found your blog and am enjoying it. I am a chef by trade, an artist by choice and am currently working as a compliance officer for a medium size cannabis farm in LA. During my culinary career I spent the last ten years cooking on private jets and was blessed with the opportunity to travel worldwide.
