I have stopped reading Self-Reliance by Ralph Waldo Emerson. Progress: 62%

I could not connect with this book. Although I’ve read other books published in the 1800s, this one maybe too abstract; maybe my ADHD is too great to focus deeply enough, but I was only reading words, with zero retention, and zero significance.
