I ate at the following restaurants:
- Sass Cafe - dark, romantic, live singing (82 Euro)
- Cafe de Paris - in the heart of Monte Carlo (112 Euro)
- Giacomo - Italian, on the beach, open late (56 Euro)
- The Niwaki - Japanese, very fancy (442 Euro, but I ate 200g of Wagyu A5 at 360 Euro)
- Sexy Tacos - Mexican, causal (60 Euro including a churro dessert)
- Ramen Toi - takeout or delivery only (36 Euro)

Monte Carlo Casino bans local citizens from gambling inside. While the design is nice, it costs 20 Euro to enter and the table rules are trash. I know I'm likely to lose, or not, but jigging the table rules such that it's no longer fun to lose is not chill.
