One of the worst books I’d ever read. I only recommend you read it if your level of real estate is zero.

If the rest of the book is anything like the first three chapters, it will be a disappointment. I would expect the first chapter to be the most eye-opening, but it was rather basic about scheduling a home inspection before earnest money deposit is due.

Twelve chapters in, and skimming has begun. The “tip” at the end of this chapter is to get flood insurance if you’re near a river, lake, or ocean.
