I could not read The Way Of The Superior Man by David Deida. I listened.

After two attempts to read this book, unsuccessfully, I finally listened to it. If the premise of the book is even half true, all women should be immediately removed from any position of power. In summary, it suggests you never take them seriously. I’m sure the author would disagree on my summary but that’s what I got from the book.

I like the bite-sized chapters.

In the past, “men often manipulated their women through physical and financial dominance and threat. Women often manipulated their men through emotional and sexual strokes and stabs.” (p. 1) In our modern world, the male manipulation techniques have been nullified through law, while female manipulative techniques have been left in place.
